Who are We?
The Thrive Business Academy is a joint venture between Thrive for Good, the Young Entrepreneurs Foundation and YE LaunchPad. We combine expertise in Horticulture with business know-how and the end result are profitable small-scale farming enterprises.
What do we Offer?
Our offering is threefold: (1) Thrive for Good trains and equips people to grow an abundance of healthy, organic, disease-fighting foods and medicinal plants. With knowledge, simple tools, and starter seeds, people who can’t afford to buy healthy food can grow their own – sustainably; (2) We offer an accredited Certificate in Horticulture, and; (3) We induct growers with potential into our Thrive Business Incubator.
The BusinessĀ Incubator
You have the opportunity to transition from running a Life Garden to owning a small-scale farming business. Individuals with potential are selected yearly to enroll in our Business Incubator. The purpose of the Incubator is to instill in participants essential entrepreneurial mindset attributes and capacitate them with relevant business skills and competencies to run a successful business. Our strategic partnership with Ranyaka will also ensure market access for participants.
